Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy with Charlie Brafman

When your body feels stuck, whether from training, injury, desk work, or the demands of daily life, it can knock you off balance.

Pain causes us to sleep badly, it prevents us from exercising effectively and it stops us from moving properly in everyday life. We adopt compensation patterns that lock-in to become bad habits and the problems come back again and again.

I use a sports science-driven, hands-on and highly personalised approach, incorporating deep, controlled massage techniques, assisted stretching, and movement-based work to help reset your movement, relieve your tension and set you on the path to lasting recovery.

Sessions take place in a purpose-built studio at my house in Wood Street, Walthamstow. Designed for both hands-on therapy and functional movement, the space includes a dedicated massage area for targeted bodywork and a matted section for assisted stretching, movement assessments and strength work.
