Each session is structured to identify and address the root cause of discomfort, rather than just treating symptoms. What to expect:

  1. Intake Conversation – We discuss your lifestyle, movement habits, and concerns. Even small habits shape movement patterns over time, often creating imbalances without us realising. Taking the time to properly understand you is integral to getting to the root of your discomforts and resetting your patterns in a practical and practicable way.

  2. Functional Movement Assessment – On the mats, we’ll run through some functional movements to help identify imbalances, restrictions and compensation patterns to guide the treatment approach.

  3. Hands-on Treatment – Deep but pain-free sports massage and stretching to relieve tension, restore mobility and reset neuromuscular patterns.

  4. Home Care Advice – Practical takeaways, including stretches and strengthening exercises, to help maintain progress.
